Mid-Level Providers

New Beginnings Pediatrics is fortunate to have two mid-level healthcare providers who deliver outstanding care to our patients.  Anne Marie Lillwitz is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, or PNP.  A PNP is a nurse who holds a graduated degree and advanced pediatric clinical experience.  Kristy Luciano is a Physician Assistant, or PA-C.  PAs and PNPs are nationally certified and maintain their licensure through continuing medical education.  Both Kristy and Anne Marie have worked as pediatric mid-level providers for more than 10 years.   

Mid-level providers are qualified to provide a broad range of medical services.  Both PNPs and PAs diagnose, treat, and educate patients about medical problems.  They see both acute and chronic illnesses as well as provide well child care including anticipatory guidance, developmental screening, and immunization counseling.  Mid-level providers prescribe medications and order/interpret lab and radiology studies.  They refer to specialists and therapists as necessary and participate in after hours call coverage.

Kristy and Anne Marie work closely with all of the pediatricians at New Beginnings Pediatrics and we are privileged to have them as part of our medical staff.
