Dr. Catherine McNeill
Dr. Catherine McNeill is a Board Certified Pediatrician and she has been in practice for 11 years. Dr. McNeill joined New Beginnings Pediatrics in 2006, when she and her husband and two children, now ages 4 and 5, moved from Chicago to St. Charles. While in Chicago, Dr. McNeill was in a practice affiliated with Children's Memorial Hospital. A graduate of the University of Iowa Medical School, Dr. McNeill completed her internship and residency at the University of Chicago. Dr. McNeill's undergraduate degree was from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.

An Iowa native, Dr. McNeill has strong ties to the Midwest. Dr. McNeill loves the strong sense of family and community she has observed in the area, and she and her family enjoy participating in all the community has to offer--they are active in the Park District programs, and enjoy Irish dance, athletics, art, and piano. In her free time, Dr. McNeill enjoys spending time with family, teaching Sunday school, reading, antiques, art, and piano. Dr. McNeill believes in a cooperative approach with parents in caring for their children's growth, development and health needs.

In addition to providing attentive primary care, she actively assists her patients, as needed, in networking with a broad spectrum of the best pediatric specialists in the area. Dr. McNeill enjoys staying on top of the latest in children's healthcare and gives community educational talks on targeted children's health topics to help raise awareness on important healthcare issues. Dr. McNeill has a passion for children's healthcare from nutrition and wellness to sick care with a particular interest in engaging families in their children's health and well being.
